Paul has been involved in the health and fitness industry for seven years. During this time he has worked with thousands of clients in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation and sports performance.

Paul was awarded the 05/06 Fitness First Personal Trainer of the Year and has also been awarded the Clinical excellence award from the Australian Sports Kinesiology Institute.

He is currently the head lecturer in Sports Science for the N.S.W branch of the Australian Sports Kinesiology Institute and is heavily involved in the development of new course material and subject matter. Paul and his clients have been featured in the Sunday Telegraph body and soul section, Womans Day and Who Weekly. Paul is a feature writer for options magazine and his work has also been published at various websites

Paul is dedicated to furthering his ability to help his clients in any way possible and to educating other professionals so they can achieve amazing results with people from all walks of life.
